1. Introduction:

Welcome to our Job portal platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered:
  • Job posting services for employers.
  • Job search and application access for candidates.
  • Platform to connect employers and job seekers.
3. Job Posting Packages & Validity:
  • Starter Package (2 Months) – ₹2,006 (Inclusive of 18% GST) with up to 3 job postings.
  • Growth Package (6 Months) – ₹10,620 (Inclusive of 18% GST) with up to 3 job postings.
  • Scale Package (12 Months) – ₹17,700 (Inclusive of 18% GST) with up to 6 job postings.
  • Each job listing will remain active and visible for 60 days (2 months) from the date of publishing.
  • Package validity will be based on the selected plan period (2 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months).
  • Unused job postings will expire at the end of the package validity period.
  • Additional job postings or package renewals will be subject to applicable charges.
4. Payment Terms:
  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once the job is published.
  • Failure to complete payment will result in non-activation of the job posting.
5. Employer Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and complete job details.
  • Ensure job postings are genuine and not misleading.
  • Avoid duplicate, spam, or fraudulent listings.
  • Comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to remove any violating job post without refund.
6. Candidate Disclaimer:
  • We do not guarantee job placement for candidates.
  • Candidates must verify employer authenticity.
  • We are not responsible for employer hiring decisions.
7. Prohibited Activities:
  • Posting fake or misleading job listings.
  • Using the platform for illegal activities.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Uploading harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
8. Limitation of Liability:
  • We act only as a connection platform between employers and candidates.
  • We are not responsible for employer-candidate interactions.
  • No liability for employment outcomes or damages.
9. Account Suspension / Termination:
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts with notice.
  • Remove job listings violating policies.
  • Restrict access for suspicious activity.
10. Intellectual Property:

All content, and materials belong to the consultancy and cannot be reused without permission.

11. Data & Privacy:

User data is handled securely as per our Privacy Policy and may be used for recruitment and communication purposes.

12. Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

13. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
