Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives who are fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and English (speaking proficiency in one or more of these languages).
• Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
