• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown service
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, PCB boards, sensors, and thermostats
• Handle gas charging, leak testing, vacuuming, and piping work
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Install, test, and commission HVAC systems (Split AC, VRF, Ductable, Cassette, AHU, etc.)
• Maintain service reports and documentation for each job
• Coordinate with supervisors and clients for timely service delivery
• Ensure proper usage of tools, safety practices, and company standards
• Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities
