We are looking  candidates for the position of "Transport supervisor".

Qualification : Any Degree / Diploma
Salary : 15,000 - 18,000 per month

Skills & Capabilities ;

• Experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of fleet management and driver supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and transport documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle operational challenges.
• Knowledge of GPS tracking systems and route planning.
• Strong coordination and team management abilities.

Responsibilities:-

•  Manage day-to-day transport and fleet operations.
• Allocate vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and shift schedules.
• Ensure timely vehicle deployment and route adherence.
• Track vehicle maintenance, servicing, insurance, permits, and fitness certificates.
• Maintain transport MIS reports, trip records, fuel records, and vehicle documentation.
• Coordinate with clients regarding transportation requirements and service issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and operational delays.
• Monitor fuel efficiency and control transportation costs.
• Support fleet expansion and vendor management activities.
