Program, set, and operate VTL/VMC CNC machines.

Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset correction.

Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize machining parameters.

Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring instruments.

Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.

Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize machine downtime.

Follow safety procedures, 5S, and company quality standards.
