• Handling knowledge upto 80-100 members
• Prefferd Male Candidates 
• General Shift Timing
• Handling Factory Actions
• Labour and Staff relations
• Deep understanding of local Labor Acts and payroll taxation
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, or local labor welfare funds).
• Keep all worker contracts, ID proofs, and legal documentation updated for government inspections.
