Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client communications, building strong business relationships, and driving admissions/business growth for the company.

This is a target-based role that requires strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads and potential clients
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Explain company services and training programs to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
  • Negotiate with clients and close admissions/sales
  • Maintain and update client databases and lead records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and promotional activities when required

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Degree
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Required Skills

  • Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and client handling
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM tools/MS Office is an added advantage
