Job Summary

Amrutha Institutions is seeking a dynamic, patient, and knowledgeable Computer Trainer to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical training in fundamental computer applications, programming concepts, and business accounting software (specifically Tally Prime). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between academic concepts and real-world corporate applications for our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Lab Instruction: Deliver engaging, hands-on practical training sessions in computer basics, MS Office suite, and accounting applications.

• Tally Training: Conduct specialized training modules in Tally Prime, including ledger creation, inventory management, GST compliance, and payroll processing.

• Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Develop structured lesson plans, lab assignments, and high-quality study materials aligned with training objectives.

• Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through frequent practical tests, assignments, and mock projects. Maintain accurate data on attendance and performance.

• Lab Management: Ensure proper upkeep, basic troubleshooting, and discipline within the computer laboratory during training hours.

• Mentorship: Guide students through complex analytical workflows and support those experiencing academic difficulties with personalized attention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications (BCA/B.Sc), or Commerce (B.Com) with a strong technical background.

• Certifications: Mandatory professional certification in Tally Prime or an equivalent, recognized accounting software platform.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic database concepts, and fundamental programming or computational logic.

• Communication: Clear, confident presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.

• Attributes: A genuine passion for teaching, patience with learners, and strong classroom management skills. Prior experience in a teaching or corporate training environment is a distinct advantage.
