Role Overview

Bumblebee Inc is looking for a skilled and passionate BIM MEP Mentor to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Revit MEP, BIM workflows, MEP coordination, and industry-standard project execution practices.

The role involves mentoring students and professionals, delivering practical BIM training, and guiding learners through real-world project workflows to help them become industry-ready BIM MEP professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on BIM MEP concepts and workflows
• Train students and professionals in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Guide learners in creating and managing LOD 300, 350, and 400 models
• Teach preparation of MEP shop drawings and coordinated BIM models
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Provide practical exposure to real-time project workflows and standards
• Support students with project execution, assignments, and technical queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for curriculum planning and training delivery
• Stay updated with industry trends, BIM standards, and software advancements

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 4–5 years of experience in BIM MEP projects and coordination
• Prior mentoring or training experience is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows and MEP coordination
• Experience working on LOD 300, 350, and 400 models
• Expertise in MEP shop drawings and project documentation
• Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• Site-level MEP coordination experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Tamil and English
• Willingness to relocate to Coimbatore
